What's in the sensitive solutions/hypoallergenic earrings at claire's?

i wear them because i'm allergic to nickel yet my ear still get sore and sometimes bleed as well. i have other piercings and none of them react like that. also the post has olike paint chipping off of it.is there still nickel in it or what?
