PLEASE ANSWER QUICK(:?

im thinking of getting the SMALLEST size of gauges. what size would that be, the absolute smallest(: my question is though, when i take my gauges out would there be a hole? that would like never go away. i mean it's okay if the hole was like earring hole, but nothing bigger. remember SMALLEST size (; thanks.
