My husbands parenting skills ?

My husband has a child who is 15. He has the curfew and strict rules for him to follow. I want the best for my stepson Toby. He hardly dose anything wrong. The worst thing he has ever done was come home drunk. My husband doesn't care much for my daughter who I had with a different man. She is 13. My husband lets her do what ever. She came home pregnant one day and all he did was say Umm... So we are keeping the baby? Which is creepy, because I am 28 and my husband is 31. She squealed with delightment. Our youngest 2 year old is so spoiled. He loves Kyle very much. Do you think he should keep treating them like this or chang up the way he raise our children? I think not. How can I get him to change?
