What do I do with an infected pierced ear?

The same thing happened to my second piercings! O: I just took all of them out, cleaned them, and put ointment. But, I've had my piercings for a while. If you don't want to take them out just like clean them and loop both your ear and your earring with ointment. It works pretty good for me. Hope this helps! :D
