How to dress as Luna Lovegood? HELP! Please answer! ?

I have the tie, the shirt, the sweater, and the other basic stuff. I'm going to get a Quibbler, I'm going to make the earrings, and I already have the cork necklace. I need a full, complete way to dress as her. Am I missing something?? Please give me your ideas how to dress as her, besides the obvious stuff. Original ideas are welcomed!!! I need every possible idea! This is for the hp movie, and any ideas about how I could use the Luna costume to have some fun (such as argue wih hermione about creatures or pass out Quibbler) are welcomed too! I appreciate all the answers that are helpful in advance! :)
