Ear Piercing!!!!!!! help!!!!!?

i have had my ears pierced 3 times (same spot each time they kept closing up) but one time i went to get it done and the girl messed up and put one of the holes a little higher than the previous one and now i can hardly ever get it in the right hole and i am afraid it is closed up again my other i can get the earring in easily but not this one. i can put the earring in through the back and front but there is something in the middle that stops it. any suggestions on how to figure out how to get the middle thing out of my ear or is it just something i should poke through and i really don't wanna get my ears pierced again i really hate getting it done over and over again
