Belly button ring at 15 years old?

I'm not allowed to until i'm sixteen and a half. There are girls that were getting belly peircings in the 7th grade. Crazy. My older sister has a belly peircibg so does my mom. I never seen it through their shirts, they do wear tight shirts, as for the ear peircing the cartilge takes 12 weeks to heal second peircings take 6 weeks to heal
