Any one know about/have gauges..?

The standard size that ears are pierced with is a 20g. You could go as big or small as you please and stop at any time. It depends on how big you want to go. You could go to a 14, which isn't much bigger than a 20. And you'd be able to find some cute jewelry for it. You can order tapers, which are used to stretch your ears, offline, or from stores like Hot Topic and Spencer's. :)
